HospitalWaits displays published NHS waiting time statistics to help patients and healthcare professionals understand and compare hospital waiting times across England. It is designed to support the NHS patient choice framework by making publicly available data more accessible. See /methodology for full details on how the figures are calculated.

• All waiting time data is sourced from NHS England and published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
• Data is published monthly with a 6–8 week delay. The data shown may not reflect current waiting times.
• We present the data as published. While we take care to process it accurately, we cannot guarantee it is error-free.
• Individual waiting times may vary significantly from the averages shown. Your actual wait depends on clinical priority, capacity changes, and other factors.

This site provides information only. It does not provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations
• Clinical decision support
• Personal health recommendations

Always discuss referral options and treatment decisions with your GP or healthcare professional.
